We aim to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our delivery options and charges.

Delivery Options & Charges

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days)

  • Costs £4.95 or is free on orders over £50.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive from the date it is dispatched.

Named Day Delivery (Order by 9pm)

  • Costs £6.95.
  • You can choose a specific weekday for your delivery (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • A signature may be required.

Next Day Delivery (Order by 9pm)

  • Costs £7.95.
  • Order by 9pm for delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
  • A signature may be required.

Click & Collect (From 3 Working Days)

  • Free of charge.
  • Collect your order from a designated collection point.
  • You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email before travelling.

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Placing Your Order

You can place your order online at wearnowco.com. To check out, you will need to create an account or log in if you are an existing customer. You can pay for your order using most major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been dispatched; it is a confirmation that we have received it. Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. For most delivery services, this email will include a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Issues

If you have missed a delivery, the courier will usually leave a card informing you of what happens next. This may involve re-delivery or a local collection point. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please use the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Click & Collect Information

Once your order arrives at the collection point, you will receive a “Ready for Collection” email. You must bring this email, along with a valid form of photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and your payment card. The staff will need to see these to release your order. You will usually have 10 days to collect your order.
